We have used Lexis Document Services for several years for retrieval of
documents from jurisdictions across the U.S. Recently, we have discovered
minor errors in some of their reports. We may be in the market for a new
provider, but before we take any plunges, I would like to know how everyone
else feels about their various providers. Is this error thing common to
everyone? Do other services insure against errors? Are services better for
some things than for others?
I would be happy to summarize responses for the list (if I get any ...)
