One of the atttorneys in our estate planning section has asked me to find
and subscribe to a journal or other periodical that focuses on Florida
estate planning, probate, etc. laws and practice. Ideally this journal
would have articles, legislative updates, practice tips, and such.
If anyone could recommend such a journal/newsletter/periodical, I would
be extremely grateful. I've looked through the various publisher
catalogs that I have lying around, but I can't seem to find anything
directly on Florida law (not surprising since we're an OHIO firm!).
