Good morning! It's 6pm Wednesday in Guam. One of our Superior Court judges
asked up to obtain a copy of the Missouri jury instruction (criminal)
regarding alternate jurors. The law clerk has not given us any other
information.
I would really appreciate it someone can fax a copy to us. The judge also
happens to be on our Board of Trustees, which adds a little to our incentive!
We will of course pay all associated costs. Thanks. I greatly appreciate
the helpfulness of this group.
