  OFFICE MEMO Texas Rules of Court Date: 2/15/96

Can anyone give me an idea how to update Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure
and Texas Rules of Civil Evidence? We have the 1995
supplement, but haven't received the 1996 version yet. I believe both
sets of rules are amended by the Supreme Court (as opposed to the
Legislature). The only thing I can think of--that isn't online--is looking in

the Southwestern Reporter for changes. Is there a more efficient way to
make sure you have the most recent rules?

Any help would be appreciated!
