doing business abroad, you can't beat the material on the National

I'm trying to help an attorney find material on corporate law in Latin
America or more specifically in Argentina. We are exploring publishers
to find 2-3 items that we could possibly purchase in this area. Does
anyone have any publications that their attorneys have found very helpful?
I am aware of Commercial & Investment law by Transnational Publishers,
Doing Business in Argentina by Price Waterhouse, and International Laws
of the World by Oceana. Any other gems out there that I'm missing that
focuses on corporate law in Latin America and/or Argentina, and in English?
