There was an article in the January 12, 1996 issue of the
_Chronicle of Higher Education_. It mentions 3 Internet sites with
conventions for citing Internet:

"A Brief Citation Guide for Internet Sources in History and the
Humanities" by Meliv E. Page:
gopher://h-net.msu.edu:70/00/lists/H-AFRICA/internet-cit

"Bibliographic Formats for Citing Electronic Information" includes
guidelines from upcoming book: _The Official Internet World Guide to
Electronic Styles: A Handbook to Citing Electronic Information_ by Xia
Li and Nancy B. Crane (Meckler, 1996).

"MLA-Style Citations of Electronic Sources" by Janice R. Walker
