Greetings Illini:

Could someone tell me whether legislative history is available for Illinois
and, if so, how to obtain it? Specifically, I'm trying to gather
information explaining why P.A. 83-1299 deleted section (f) from 215 ILCS
5/499.1. Any help will be appreciated.
