We too have had many Westlaw laser printer problems, but I didn't know
that the paper type had changed. We've replaced the printer several
times. We haven't had a jamming problem, but instead the paper won't
feed through. It's as if the rollers are worn and are not gripping the
paper. No solution, yet....
