Why do these things hit about 5:00? We need to obtain a copy of an
Australian case cited: Haileybury College v. Emanuelli, 1983 V.R. 323.
Neither of our local law schools nor our very excellent county law
library have this item (Victorian Reports or Victorian Law Reports
depending on who you talk to), and our largest state university law
school, which probably does have it, is closed due to weather
conditions. If some kind soul could fax us a copy we'd be happy to pay
reasonable charges. If you can, fax along and invoice with it. Thanks.
