I'm trying to obtain copies of the following documents:
1. Jean-Gabriel Castel, "The Extraterrestrial Effects of Antitrust Laws,"
in 179 Recueil des Cours d'Academie de Droit International 9, 82 (1983).
[ I don't speak French, and neither does the attorney who gave me this
assignment, so any misspellings you see here are attributable to sheer
ignorance :) ]
2. The Protection of Trading Interests Act, 1980 English law.
3. British Airways Bd. v. Laker Airways Ltd, 3 All E.R. 39 (1984)
4. A. Ahlstrom Osakeyhtio v. Commission of the European Communities,
1988 E.C.R. 5193, 4 C.M.L.R. 901 (1988)
I've wandered around the Web, trying to find the English Act and/or
references that would give me some idea where to go to find the two
case opinions & the journal article. If any of this information is
available on the Web or from wexis, please let me know where I should
look. If you know where I can get these documents in print, I would
appreciate that information, too. Even an explanation of the initials
would be more than I have right now!
