Who now publishes Testimonial Aids by Simer (sp?)?

In the seemingly endless game of musical chairs publishers are
playing with law titles I am trying to locate the present publisher (for
this week at least) of "Testimonial Aids" by Simer. Originally published by
Harcourt Brace and most recently by Prentice Hall, this title seems to have
fallen into a black hole since neither of these publishers claims to know
anything about the title.

Does anyone know if this book is still in print? And secondly does
anyone care to sell their copy of this title?
