Are any of you DC librarians aware of any regulations or guidance documents
that explain the Limited Liability Partnership act in DC? I believe the act
starts at 41-143 of the DC Code. We're particularly interested in whether
the correct designation is LLP or L.L.P.--states seem to vary on the
punctuation; and more information about the insurance requirements. I've
