Greetings from the frozen north!

We have a student who needs to see a brief that was submitted in a
5th cricuit case. The case is Taco Cabana International v. Two Pesos,
932 F.2d 1113 (5th cir 1991).

If anyone has access to this and might be able to help, please
reply to me at the address below. The student has limited funds for
costs, but would be happy to discuss the issue.
