Since the NLRB is no longer accepting new subcriptions to their slip
opinion service, we are investigating ways of retrieving recent NLRB slip
ops. We do receive the bound volumes, but need to get the more recent
opinions as soon as they are available.
In addition to Westlaw & Lexis, I know they are available through a
subscription to the U.S. Dept. of Commerce's Electronic Bulletin Board. In
my brief encounter with the EBB as a Guest, I found it difficult to read and
use. Is anyone out there subscribing to EBB primarily for NLRB slip
opinions? If so, I'd appreciate your comments/insights. Also, if anyone
knows of another way to get these quickly, I'd love hearing about that too ---
