I am looking for information on how various cities, besides San
Antonio, deal with the problems caused by birds. Here we have a corp
armed with flare guns who terrorize the downtown area in the evening to
scare the grackles from areas heavily populated by visitors. Rather than scare
birds, the visitors react as if they were in a war zone. Can anyone help?
