My attorney is looking for a healthcare power of attorney form and a
"living will" (declaration of a desire for a natural death) form for the
Virgin Islands. I have looked in Martindale-Hubbell and Westlaw;
apparently VI doesn't have statutes covering this. Do either or both of
these forms exist, and if so, any ideas on how I could get them? If some
kind soul would fax them to me, that would be great (all expenses paid).
