This is my Hail Mary question to the group: I'm trying to locate
an article titled "The Litmus Test for Independent Contractors"
by Betty Semel. It was excerpted in "19 Spotlight" and was almost
certainly published within the last 5 years. That's all the
information I have.
I've looked in Lexis, Westlaw, LegalTrac and Uncover, searched
several OPACs for her as an author, and looked in Martindale as
well. Does she or her article sound familar to anyone? MTIA
