Hello -
Someone has told us about a program in an Arizona county which requires
mandatory parent-education classes for people in custody conflicts. I
understand that there is proposed legislation which will require all
divorcing parents in Arizona to attend such classes (funded by a surcharge
on marriage licenses!).
Our library user wants to know what other states (or Canadian provinces for
that matter) have similar mandatory counselling programs for people getting
divorced - either programs for parents or even programs for people without
children. Any help or hints would be appreciated!
