Dear Colleagues,
Any help with this? I am trying to find this form of the NASAA (
under OAC 1301:6-3-09(I) ) ALREADY FILLED IN -- a sample from ANY
company that may have filed this with the Division of Securities in
OHio. The problem is, the Division, which agrees that this is
public information , will not randomly select any particular
company's filing for us to view. But, if I know the name of a
company which has filed one, they will pull it and show it. I can't
think of a way to search some sort of company database to see who has
in fact filed a U-7 in Ohio. It has to do with SCOR, the Small
Corporate Offering Registration adopted by many states to make things
easier for small businesses.
