Dear Colleagues,
Any ideas on this one? I am trying to find this form of the North
American Securities Administrators Assn (under OAC 1301:6-3-09(I))
ALREADY FILLED IN -- a sample from ANY company that may have filed
this with the Division of Securities in Ohio. The problem is, the
Division, which agrees that this is public information, will not
randomly select any particular company's filing for us to view. But
if I know the name of a company which has filed one, they will pull
it. I can't think of a way to search some sort of company database
to see who has in fact filed a U-7 in Ohio. It has to do with SCOR,
the Small Corporate Offering Registration section, which is supposed
to make things easier for small businesses.
