This is cheating but I wonder if the radio station he was working for at the
time might have been joined in the litigation? He keeps revolving from
station to station and moving back to where he started. Similarly, the
litigation may have arsen from his newspaper column.
This is also cheating, but I developed a matter management database for a
solicitor (attorney to our North American friends) who does lots of
defamation defence, he may be prepared to help: Bruce Burke of Bush Burke and
Co in Sydney. Not much escapes the spies on the internet!
I presume http://austlii.law.uts.edu.au/ is no help.
