Does anyone on this list have a copy of, or access to a copy of, the
Proceedings of the National Association of Securities Administrators? We
have a professor who is in dire need of a copy of an article from the 1972
volume--it is vol. 55, p.381 ff. The article is by Loss, and the title is
"Proposed Federal Securities Code."
I searched OCLC and found no bibliographic record under this name, and she
swears this is the correct name.
Please contact me directly if you can supply this article. We will be happy
to pay costs associated with it. If it isn't too long, we would appreciate
receiving it by fax.
I posted a similar message before the holidays and got no responses. I
would appreciate any information any of you out there can give me on this.
