I am looking for two articles from Benefits Law Journal, "VEBAs
Revisited as Funding Mechanisms - After DEFRA," Reid A. Stiefel and
Paul J. Routh, Vol. 2, No. 4, p. 483 (Winter 89/90) and "Prefunding
Retiree Health Plans," Peter M. Kelly, Vol. 1, No. 4, p. 19 (Winter
88/89). I have checked Westlaw, LEXIS, and local sources, and of
course the attorney needs it today. I would greatly appreciate it if
someone could fax them to me.
