Does anybody know how to obtain Army Regulations (quickly, of course)?
I tried the Pentagon Library, but their turnaround is not quick, and
they weren't able to offer me much information about where/how these
are published. I'm specifically looking for AR 60-2 or AR 660-2 (the
attorney wasn't sure of the exact cite, but it has to do with Army
& Airforce Exchanges). Any help with this would be much appreciated.
