An attorney in my office came across a reference to a
particular patent interference rule in Revise & Caesar
"Interference Law and Practice" (1943), sec. 377 at 1701, and
would like to get a copy so we can know what they are talking
about. It is Patent Office Rule 130.
If you have a copy of the CFR from way-back-when, please let me
know by reply e-mail. We're hoping to save a trip to the
Office of the Federal Register.
