Late in November 1995, the EPA proposed a new rule for hazardous
waste identification. Because of the government shutdown (grrrr!),
the agency has postponed publishing the proposed rule in the Federal
Register, so I can't go there for a copy.
I have searched Web sites and Usenet newsgroups, and no one else
seems to have posted it anywhere. The EPA Web site is down (of
course!), and I had no luck purchasing a copy through BNA.
Does someone in law-lib-land have a copy, or know where I might be
able to purchase one? Many thanks in advance for any assistance or
suggestions!
