  IMPORTANT NOTE on the Temporary Shutdown of GPO Access

  GPO Access will be TEMPORARILY down on Saturday, December
  30, 1995 while necessary maintenance is performed on the
  building's electrical system. The servers will be brought
  down immediately prior to the scheduled start of the
  maintenance at 9:00 a.m. They will be returned to operation
  as soon as this essential maintenance is complete
  (approximately 24 hours). We apologize for any inconvenience
  this may cause.
