I am trying to obtain a copy of the "19th Annual Report to Congress on
Child Support Enforcement" recently issued by Health and Human Services.
The reference I have is from 22 Family Law Reporter 1084 (12/19/95).
I've tried the GPO gateway; no luck, tho' I did get a SuDocs number for the
annual report. My local depository does get this title, on microfiche, but
have not received the 19th yet, and inform me that they got the 18th last
August. My patron has requested a copy of the report directly from HSS
Admin for Children and Families, at the address listed in FLR, but with the
government shutdown, we have no idea when or whether this avenue will bear
fruit.
Does anybody have any other ideas I can try? Better still, does anyone
have the report, and can I make fax/copy arrangements? I am, as always,
willing to pay reasonable costs as necessary.
