New York State Banking Dept.

I probably am the last person to realize the following, but I would
appreciate any help from a New York state librarian who has resolved this
problem. The New York State Banking Department no longer publishes a
separate manual of their regulations, and I am wondering what others are
using to fill this gap. Lawyers Co-op still publishes materials from the
Banking Department, but when the set was published by Lenz & Reicker,
there was a binder that could be purchased separately. It contained more
detailed information on the regulations, etc. from the Department. The
Banking para-legal at my firm is desperate - the only resource she can
think of is a subscription to the daily New York State Register that
publishes all regulations from state agencies, but this seems to be
overkill. Any suggestions? As always, TIA.
