This is being cross-posted -- please excuse duplication.
The December Statutory Supplement to US Code Annotated arrived this
morning. There are a number of blank pages in it, and pagination is not
consecutive. I called West this morning, and they assured me that the
copy I received was correct and that the blank pages, etc. were
intentional. Normally they put a statement that the page is
intentionally blank on empty pages, but they hadn't this time.
This message is being posted in case other libraries notice this and panic.
