I don't know if this is a coincidence but "California Law Business"
is the special supplement to the Los Angeles Daily Journal (legal
newspaper). The L.A. Daily Jnl is published by the Daily Journal Corp.
& their phone number is 213/229-5300. Hope this does the trick!
