I am in need of three forms published by the Small Business Administration.
Our local libraries do not carry SBA forms and they do not appear to be
included in the forms found at the SBA home page. Of course, the SBA is one
of the furloughed federal agencies. So, I'm turning to the great folks on
law-lib.
The forms I need are SBA Form 480, Form 652-D and Form 1031. If someone can
provide these I would greatly appreciate it. We will, of course, pay any
copying and fax charges. Also, if these are in fact on the 'net and I'm
missing them, I'd be glad to know that too.
