I would like to gather different people's opinions on the following:
How do you define research efficiency? In other words, if you were
to compare two forms of research (i.e. print v. CD-ROM), how would
you compare the search results? In a rather simplistic way, which
ones are "better" than the others? Anything you are willing to
contribute to this would be welcome.

Please respond directly to me. If there is any interest, I can
summarize for the list.
