We are in need of the Arbitration Rules of the Gibraltar Institue (may
not be an exact title). I've checked the Oceana set on International
Commercial Arbitration, the International Handbook on Commercial
Arbitration and the Yearbook of Commercial Arbitration back to 1980 and
