HI!
I am trying to locate a source that generally discusses the legal issues
relating to project finance. I have checked OCLC (found 1 book from
1995 that was published by Sweet and Maxwell, not too many holdings),
several catalogs of publishers and Directory of Legal Publications. None
of them gave me what I am looking for, I think this topic maybe a chapter
in a book. Does anyone have a good treatise on this topic that is no older
than 3 years. Thanks for any help!!
