I am hoping some kind New York colleague will be able to help
me. I have been asked to find a 1935 NY statute on land
surveyors which "grandfathered" then-existing corporations of
land surveyors from any subsequent licensing requirements and
regulations. I have checked Westlaw and Lexis, but they do
not go back that far. Is there a site for New York law on the
Internet? Or does anyone have this statute who might fax it to
us, all costs reimbursed, of course? Please reply to me
