I thought this was going to be a great chance to show some attorneys how
we can actually use the Internet for something really valuable. Now that
the EPA is placing all kinds of things on the Net, I thought I'd have
better luck getting documents from them in a timely fashion. Then comes
the government shutdown: no EPA sites are working! (at least as far as I
can tell.) So I turn to the list with this request:
Does anyone happen to have the following documents to fax or mail or
otherwise transfer before the first of the year?

These are listed as Main Supporting Documents at 60 FR 30965 (June 12,
1995). I will of course try NTIS, but since time is of the essence here,
I'm hoping someone out there already has the documents, and will be moved
by the Christmas spirit to send them my way.
