1990 FDA draft guideline

I am looking for "Application of the Medical Device GMP's to Computerized
Devices and Manufacturing Processes--Medical Device GMP Guidance for FDA
Investigators" announced in 55 FR 51340. Not on RLIN or OCLC. NYPL also
does not have it and FDA automated system doesn't respond. The RLIN
record of 1992 HIMA
Conference says it it reprinted there, but no holders other than LC.
