We have tested out several versions of Westcheck and Onestep, and
occassionally have the same problem--no cites. West informs me it is a
"translator" problem which they have been working on for many months. I
don't have this problem when I use an earlier version of their product.
I have wondered if the problem was at our end--our firm has different
versions of Wordperfect, and I wondered if the document I am cite
checking has been worked on by people with different Wordperfect versions
and if that would confound West's programs? It's a nuisance...
