For a rhyming opinion, see Fisher v. Lowe, 122 Mich. App. 418, 333 N.W.2d
67 (1983). It's all about a suit against the owner of a truck which had
run into a tree causing much damage to the tree. Very amusing. The
rhyme shows up in the opinon itself, the headnotes, and the digests. Check
it out. If you have a copy of "How to Find the Law," it's
reprinted and discussed in several places in the West Key-Number Digests
section of the Case Finding chapter.
