Have any of you found a good substitute for Legi-Slate that gives current
and detailed results? I find Legi-Slate's billing system a nuisance, and it
would be nice to have a Windows interface that isn't in beta version.
We have concerns about relying totally on the internet, both in terms of
reliability of access and currency of information. Lexis and Westlaw didn't
used to be as current, either, but we are re-checking them.
I'll be glad to summarize any comments or suggestions for the list. Time is
of the essence since it's almost contract renewal time.
