Has anyone noticed the key numbers in this case at 67 F3d 1021? In the
headnote "Statutes 215," West writes "Congress does not legislate in
vacuum." In "Bankruptcy 3010," West writes "Bankruptcy trustee may
sing all he wants, but it is court that must call tune." Are these
key numbers and headnotes part of the quality enhancements that West
editors offer? What do they mean? Part of the singing and tune headnote
is in the body of the case with the judge quoting Mozart, but why does
West put something like that in a headnote?
