Riva -

I was able to find Dominican Republic mining laws at the University of
Miami and the University of Florida. Edgar Rotman at Miami was most
helpful. They also have a good student retrieval service that was
cooperative and quick. The University of Florida's Latin American
section of the Library was also very helpful. Best of luck.
