Those of you who receive West's Federal Reporter should not the defective
volumes for 61F3d. After page 1296, page 1345 follows. That page 1345
continues until page 1408 and then page 1345 reappears again. Both of
our copies contain this faulty pagination. I have called West Publishing
for correct replacement volumes, but have received not response yet.
