This is a quick note to let everyone know that Soaring to Excellence II, a
series of satellite teleconferences for library assistants is coming up fast.
We apologize for any cross-postings. Soaring to Excellence has proven
itself as a very worthwhile and cost-effective way to provide continuing
education and training for library assistants, and we feel certain that
Soaring to Excellence can be of great benefit to your library

The dates for the teleconference broadcasts are:
February 2
March 1
May 3.
(The first Friday of each month).
The teleconferences will be very similar in format to the first series.
Each day's programming will run from 12:00pm to 3:00pm Eastern Time, and
will consist of two sessions with one half-hour break at 1:15pm Eastern.
This year, however, we plan to incorporate a live video hookup from a
participating sites. This should allow some of you to be seen and heard
during the broadcasts. The cost is the same as last year.
