This seems to be my week for elusive documents... I'm now looking for ICC
Document 470. This is the opinion of the Commission of Banking Technique
and Practice Meeting on 19 April 1988, ICC Documents 470/Int. 240, 470/531.
This is how it's cited in the case. The opinion deals with letters of
credit. I will be calling the ICC tomorrow (they were closed by the time I
got this request), but have no idea about cost of document, availability,
etc. Does anyone keep or have a collection of ICC documents; and, if so,
could I get a copy of this one? We will gladly pay copying costs, etc.
