Department in July 1994. They were prepared by the Office of

The are reprinted as appendix 1 of Clark Boardman Callaghan's Searches
& Seizures, Arrests & Confessions, added in release #36, dated 4/95.

Does anyone know where I can find the FEDERAL GUIDELINES FOR
SEARCHING AND SEIZING COMPUTERS? I checked the Federal
Register...no dice. No reference to it in any of the news databases I
checked on in any case law. TIA.
