The complete book of Bible Quotations, edited by Mark L. Levine and
Eugener Rachlis, c.1986 (Pocket Books, $13.95) should do the job. A
quick glance uncovered "If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going
astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again". Exodus 23:4.
Not the N.T., but it does seem to address both issues in one small
sentence.
