I have been asked to research New York's Lender Liaibility law.
This is not regarding CERCLA and environmental issues. I have found zero
law reiviews, treatises or other publications. I there a New York
librarian out there who knows of something? Ideally, there would be a
one or two volume looseleaf available. I have been asked for info. on
this subject 3 times in the last two weeks ( the reference request that
wouldn't die?). Any help would be appreciated.
