I know this question is asked periodically, but:
we've been using soft solutions for document manangement for
almost a year now, and are preparing to implement the document
library/"brief bank" portion. Can anyone share positive/negative
experiences using SS or PC Docs as a brief bank. I know one can
search full text - but education of attys/staff as to that feature
has its own challenges which we will also be considering.
